Food seems to be a recurring theme in the past couple of blog posts however, I can't refuse Sunday Roasts, Fish and Chips and Five Guys.... GOODBYE BIKINI BODY! So let's start of with the exciting news, I have a load more adventurous weekends planned including London (of course), seeing my bezzie in Ipswich and V Fest!! Which i am super super excited for! Moving on, this post is all about my lovely weekend in the Cotsworlds with Matt. (he's the boyfriend if you are new around here, and if you are HIYYA!)
THE "WHAT I WORE" SECTION IS AT THE BOTTOM SO HAVE A LIL SCROLL DOWN IF YOU FANCY.
Saturday
So I drove me and Matt down to Gloucester so we could check into our hotel before meeting my parents ready for our train ride. We stayed in The Central Gloucester Hotel which wasn't the best but, it was fine for us as we slept there and then went into the countryside in the day times.Plus it was cheap! The train went from Toddington to Cheltnam racecourse which is where we stopped for our Fish and Chips. The scenery was absolutely stunning and the food wasn't that bad either!Sunday
We had to get up and out early on Sunday because we had to check out of the hotel room. We spent the morning wandering around Gloucester Docks and which were so so so pretty; we also stopped and had breakfast at a little toastie shop right on the water front. The shop was super cute and it was the best toastie i had ever had, I would literally go back to Gloucester just for the toasties! We then found a little pub called the Pheasant Inn and of course had Sunday Lunch. OMG IT WAS THE BEST EVER. It was a lovely sunny day as well so we had a couple of drinks outside in the sun shine watching all the cyclists go past! We finished the day by meeting back up with my mom and dad at Cheltnam Racecourse.
What I Wore
Tbh, I love dressing up and all that Jazz however, when you've got to drive and walk around for a while I just want comfy clothes! My jeans are from Topshop, my shoes are Converse (so damn comfy), my shirt is from Forever 21 and my leather jacket is from Miss Selfridge. Accessory wise my bag is from River Island (I am LOVING this atm!) and my sunglasses are from Forever 21. My hair turned into a greasy mess on the second day so I just put it in a pony tail and hoped for the best!
And that was my weekend in the Cotsworlds! I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of the week and fingers crossed I'll be able to post a little more regularly because I am finally organising my life including re-joining the gym; shocked face I know!
