Spreading the Happiness

Happiness is one of the most important things to a lot of people, if your not happy then change it yourself, don't go waiting for somebody else to change it or looking for happiness in the same place as you probably won't find it there! I thought I would show you all what makes me happy and if it makes one of you a little happier then that'll make me happier and then we will all be happier! (YAY FOR HAPPINESS!)

People who mean something to you

If you surround yourself with happy and like-minded people then of course they will make you happier. I love my friends, family and boyfriend a ridiculous amount. You don't need to talk to people every day to show that you care about them, if they are there when you need them then that's true friendship! All of nearest and dearest are just so damn cool that they can't not make me happy!

What path you take

CRINGEY I know but it's just true! At the end of the day you are the one to make a life for yourself and you should do what ever makes you happy. If people don't like it then at the end of the day tough. My passion of theatre and all things to do with musical theatre makes me happy, I love whacking on a musical C.D and singing my heart out when I drive. (Slightly problematic when you stops at traffic and the people next to you awkwardly stare, but you get the drift!) You should do what the hell you like so if want to do something crazy and travel the world then do it! 

And relax...

Now doing the complete opposite to travelling the world I always think you should have some down time for yourself. Have a long bath and chuck a couple of lush bath bombs in and just chill. No phone, no Ipad or whatever, just have some time for yourself. It's the best way to make you feel refreshed and ready for the next day. 

Lush smells so good. (sorry for the blurry picture, it's something to do with the resolution from my phone to my laptop and I have no clue how to fix it!)

Sometimes it's good to put everything is prospective and to think "you know what, I have a cracking life". (Cracking means great and it is my new word so I apologise in advance if it starts popping up in blog posts!) Thank you all for reading and have a CRACKING (sorry I'll stop now!) weekend!
